B&W Film Printing Workshop, July 13
This 1-day workshop will introduce you to printing black and white film in the darkroom. We will learn basic safety procedures for working in a darkroom, how to create test strips and identify correct exposure and contrast for your prints.
You will need to come with one to two rolls of developed black and white film with 1-3 negatives you’d like to print and a pack of Ilford Multigrade RC paper. An 8×10 pack is available locally here.
You will make contact sheets to be able to review your negatives and then choose 1-3 negatives to print. Course will take place in my basement darkoom in Madison’s East Side from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
